1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the Customer ("Client"), and Clarify Clinics UK Limited ("the Clinic").
2.1. The Clinic offers certain therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to detoxification by means of extracorporeal plasma adsorption, and other wellness services. The specifics of the procedure program will be outlined during your consultation and customized according to your individual needs.
3.1. The Clinic's therapeutic procedures are not suitable for everyone. Prior to commencing any procedure, the Clinic will conduct an initial consultation with you and, if necessary, also with your doctor to assess your suitability based on your medical history, lifestyle, and goals.
3.2. You are required to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are currently taking.
3.3. If it is determined that the detoxification procedures may pose a risk to your health, the Clinic reserves the right to decline service
4.1. The Clinic does not offer medical diagnoses or conventional medical treatments. Detoxification procedures are complementary and are not intended to replace any medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments provided by qualified healthcare professionals.
4.2. Any information provided on this website is not to be interpreted as medical advice, and the Clinic cannot guarantee any specific results from its procedures.
4.3. You are advised to consult your doctor or healthcare provider before commencing any detoxification program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or are pregnant.
5.1. All fees for procedures are clearly outlined before the commencement of the procedure plan. Payments must be made in full, unless otherwise agreed, 48 hours prior to the start of each procedure. Failure to pay in full within this time frame will result in appointment cancellation.
5.2. The Clinic accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard and BACS, AMEX, and Stripe.
5.3. If you fail to make payments as agreed, the Clinic reserves the right to discontinue procedures until outstanding payments are settled.
5.4. Any additional services or products recommended during your procedure will be billed separately.
6.1. All appointments are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 2 business days in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the procedure cost.
6.2. For clients enrolled in a procedure program, missing two consecutive appointments without prior notice may result in the suspension of services.
7.1. Due to the nature of detoxification procedures, refunds are generally not provided for services rendered. You bear the sole risk of a procedure that cannot be completed. If you are concerned about whether venous access would be impossible, you have the option of a pre-booking in-person consultation with a doctor.
7.2. In cases where the procedure is cancelled by the Clinic or deemed unsuitable after an initial consultation, a full or partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the Clinic.
8.1. The Clinic is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information and medical history provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing appropriate care.
8.2. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
9.1. The Clinic is not liable for any adverse effects experienced during or after the procedure, as long as the procedure has been conducted in accordance with professional standards and agreed protocols.
9.2. You agree to indemnify the Clinic against any claims, damages, or losses incurred due to your failure to disclose important medical information or follow procedure instructions.
10.1. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner while on the Clinic's premises. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.
11.1. The Clinic shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, or other natural disasters.
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13.1. The Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing, and continued use of the Clinic’s services after such notification will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
