The Clari Experience

Drug Free

Our procedure is subtractive by design, removing what shouldn’t be there without adding anything new.

Quick & Gentle

A Clari session requires two to three hours. After you’re done, you’re free to resume life as normal.

Effective

Our Clari procedure can remove over 90% of selective accumulated toxins
and chemicals.

Sterile

All tubing, filters, and columns are single-use disposable, sterile, and medical grade.

Safe

CE Mark approved and initially developed for critically ill patients
in the ICU.

Eligibility

Before booking, please make sure that you meet the requirements. Certain health conditions may preclude you from participating in the Clari procedure or require further consultation with your physician.

Before Your Procedure

If you are traveling by air for more than three hours for your Clari procedure, please allow 48 hours before and after your procedure.

Bring anything that will keep you occupied: your computer, iPad, headphones, something to read, or a friend to keep you company.

Make sure you've eaten a low-fat, high-protein meal. Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours before you come in.

In the days leading up to your procedure, hydrate very well. Drink 2-4 liters of water 12 hours before your appointment. Staying well-hydrated is essential.

During Your Procedure

Our experienced medical team will be with you throughout your procedure. A Clarify Clinic doctor will review the process with you and answer any questions, and a nurse will be present for the duration.

Wear comfortable clothing with short or loose-fitting sleeves.

Plan on sitting for up to three hours. You’ll be comfortably set up in a reclining chair where you may eat, drink, read, sleep, rest, or watch TV. Just know that movement will be limited while the procedure is underway.

All tubing, filters, and columns used during your Clari procedure are completely sterile, medical-grade, and single-use disposable.

You’ll be numbed before soft flexible cannulas will be inserted into both arms.

After Your Procedure

Some patients feel energized and clear-headed, while others may feel flu-like symptoms, aches, or fatigue. Both responses are normal and are not reflective of the efficacy of the procedure.

Eat a nutritious meal and continue hydrating.

Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours, but stay gently active by prioritizing movement like walking and avoiding sitting and lying down for long periods of time during your waking hours.

Mild bruising or tenderness is normal. Monitor your cannula sites for redness or swelling and contact us if you notice anything unusual.
