Dr. Dale Bredesen is an internationally recognized neurologist and expert in neurodegenerative diseases. He earned his undergraduate degree from Caltech and his medical degree from Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Bredesen completed his neurology residency and served as Chief Resident at UCSF, followed by an NIH Postdoctoral Fellowship. He has held faculty positions at UCSF, UCLA, and UC San Diego, and served as Director of the Program on Aging at the Burnham Institute. As the founding President and CEO of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, Dr. Bredesen developed a groundbreaking therapeutic approach to prevent and reverse cognitive decline. Chief Medical Officer of Clarify Clinics, Chief Medical Officer of Marker Therapeutics, Immunologist
Dr. Alexander Kiprov, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer at Clarify Clinics, where he oversees medical operations, directs research initiatives, and ensures the quality and delivery of patient care. He is a leading expert in Therapeutic Apheresis, Immunology, and Immunotherapy, with over 30 years of clinical and research experience. He has published extensively, served two terms on the American Society for Apheresis (ASFA) Board of Directors, and created ASFA’s first educational video program. He was also the first physician to take and pass the Hemapheresis Practitioner Exam (ASCP) and is the recipient of multiple honors, including the ASFA Presidential Award, the ASFA Lecturers Award, and the Francis Morrison Memorial Award.
Dr. Kiprov completed a fellowship in Clinical Immunology and Immunopathology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, sponsored by the NIH. He was among the first to describe new Immunologically Related Syndromes and has participated in early clinical trials of immunotherapies, including cell vaccines and CAR-T therapies. His pioneering work also includes the first published findings on the effects of Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE).



Hematologist
Dr. Schwartz the Director of Transfusion Services at Moffitt Cancer Center and also a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at Clarify Clinics. He is also the president of the World Apheresis Association. He received his MD from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and his MPH from Columbia University. He completed advanced training in Hematology at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, followed by research at Memorial Sloan Kettering and a Transfusion Medicine fellowship at the New York Blood Center. Prior to joining Moffitt, he was a professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Schwartz brings deep expertise in apheresis, blood and tissue banking, and cellular therapy. He also serves on the Scientific Advisory board of Clarify Clinics.







Pathologist
Dr. Yunce is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pathology at Stanford University and serves as the Medical Director of Therapeutic Apheresis at Stanford University Medical Center. He is also a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at Clarify Clinics. He completed his transfusion medicine fellowship at Stanford University, followed by two years of advanced clinical experience with the Malignant Hematology Group at UCSF.
Dr. Yunce is an active member of the American Society of Apheresis and currently chairs the research subcommittee on therapeutic plasma exchange utilization in solid organ transplant rejection and desensitization protocols. He also serves on multiple national research subcommittees.

Prof. Belli also serves as a faculty member at the National Institute for Health Research Senior Investigators, Chair of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies Military Committee, and Vice Chair of the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies Neurotrauma and Critical Care Committee. Marilyn Joly is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Clarify Clinics, where she oversees regulatory strategy, compliance, and coordination for medical devices and instruments across Canada, the United States, and Europe. She is a lawyer with extensive expertise in the creation, development, and implementation of approval strategies, including compliance in labeling, advertising, and user manuals.
Her combined background in law and life sciences, including a B.Sc. in Pharmacology and an M.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Sherbrooke, enables her to enables her to ensure that Clarify Clinics’ protocols and medical instruments meet rigorous international regulatory standards, supporting safe, effective, and innovative patient care.

Christopher McLean brings extensive expertise in regulatory affairs and quality management systems to Clarify Clinics, ensuring that patient protocols are delivered safely, effectively, and in full compliance with international standards. He oversees regulatory strategy, submissions, and registrations across the US, Canada, and Europe, including 510(k)s, Health Canada licenses, CE marking, and Clinical Evaluation Reports
Christopher has implemented robust quality systems covering design controls, production and process management, CAPA, supplier oversight, audits, complaint handling, and adverse event reporting. He also provides guidance on risk management, clinical study protocols, and validation of sterilization, packaging, labeling, and software components. His leadership ensures Clarify Clinics maintains the highest standards in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Director of Quality Assurance
Jean-Michel Lacroix is the Director of Quality Assurance at Clarify Clinics, where he ensures rigorous standards for advanced diagnostic and therapeutic protocols. He leads Marker AG’s quality system and inspection readiness, overseeing ISO 13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR 820 compliance through electronic QMS platforms, internal audits, and design-control governance.
With extensive experience in high-risk medical instruments and in vitro diagnostics, including blood-borne virus detection, the first FDA-approved HIV genotyping test, and an early SARS diagnostic kit, Jean-Michel has managed international tech transfers, implemented quality assurance systems across multiple platforms, and ensured regulatory compliance in Canada, Europe, and Australia. His expertise in design control, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance directly supports Clarify Clinics’ commitment to safe, effective, and innovative patient care.



Vice President of Operations
Randy Wenthold brings 25 years of experience in medical device development, manufacturing, and management to Clarify Clinics. He has led the development and market launch of numerous products, including Renaflo acute renal failure filters, Hemocor cardiosurgery fluid removal systems, Fibercor industrial filters, Vital Therapies’ ELAD and UFG filters, as well as fibers and membranes used in drug delivery catheters, implantable devices, and military water purification.
He has successfully obtained FDA regulatory approvals and has extensive experience with ISO 13485 quality systems. Randy previously served as VP of the Therapeutic Technologies Group at Minntech Corporation and held multiple director-level roles across other organizations. He has also consulted on medical devices supporting cardiosurgery, sepsis, and liver failure.
